Online certificates

Participating students and teachers can download their certificates from the certificate service.

How it works

  1. The teacher logs in to the certificate service with their e-mail address and confirms the project.
  2. They submit the names of the students who took part.
  3. The biennial team approves the list of names.
  4. Approved certificates can be downloaded as PDFs; each carries a verification code and QR code.

Volunteers receive their certificates by e-mail; no login is needed.

Verify a certificate

Parents, schools and institutions can check a certificate with the 10-character code printed on it.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get my certificate?
Certificates are issued through the certificate system at sertifika.cocukgenclikbienal.org. Teachers sign in with their e-mail address, confirm their project and submit their students’ names; once the biennial administration approves them, the certificates can be downloaded as PDFs. Digital certificates for the 2026 biennial have been available since 5 May 2026. If your project does not appear in the system, you can register it in the “Proje Kayıt” (project registration) section of the sign-in page.
How do volunteers receive their certificates?
Volunteers receive their certificate of thanks by e-mail, together with a verification link; they do not need to sign in.
How can I verify a certificate?
Enter the code printed on the certificate in the verification form at sertifika.cocukgenclikbienal.org/sertifika, or scan the QR code on the certificate. The page shows whether the certificate is valid.
Who can I contact about a problem with my certificate?
If your certificate has shown “awaiting approval” for a long time, or if you have any other problem, write to [email protected] with your project title and school or organisation name.
