A public school and group visit guide has not yet been published.

2 · Visit conditions

Schools requested visits to the 2026 exhibitions and workshops through the school-visit form. Visits took place under teachers’ supervision and workshop places were limited.

Primary, middle and high school groups and their teachers.

School groups visited the biennial exhibitions and workshops by requesting a visit through the “School Visit Application Form” and the school booking form. The form asked for school details (school name, type of school, province/district, school telephone number), details of the teacher in charge, the number of students and teachers attending, class/age group, preferred date and time of the visit, whether the group wished to take part in a workshop, and additional information such as special needs, accessibility requests or transport.

Important information

  • Visits take place under the responsibility of the teachers.
  • School groups must arrive at the event area at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • For the students’ safety, at least 1 teacher must accompany every 20 students.
  • Workshop places are limited.

Protection of personal data

Personal data shared through the application form is used solely to plan the visit and to get in touch; it is processed and protected in accordance with the relevant legislation, in particular Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
